Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Methodist Hospital Northeast. As a Registered Nurse in our OR, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, utilizing critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and promote a positive patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential safety risks and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
