Clinical Rehabilitation Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with Physical Therapists to evaluate patients, gather medical history, and assess goals. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out prescribed interventions and exercises to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in evaluating patients and assessing goals.
- Perform prescribed interventions and exercises to improve patient outcomes.
- Administer modalities and use therapeutic equipment as needed.
- Provide education to patients and families on exercise programs and techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments.
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and healthcare team to coordinate care.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic therapy environment.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients.
Requirements
