Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Jacobs, specializing in the water and environment sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects for various public and private sector clients, including national government bodies, local authorities, and water/energy clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on clients and projects within the water and environment sector, providing sound guidance and strategic advice to both your team and clients.
- Develop existing relationships and identify new clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage a variety of project types simultaneously, operating autonomously with authority and skilled in developing and building relationships.
- Travel to client sites when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate Engineering, Environmental, or Management field.
- 5+ years' experience with project management on Storm Water, Drinking Water, Wastewater, and/or related projects.
- Professional Engineer License in Texas or Oklahoma (ideally).
- Demonstrable knowledge of writing project quality and delivery plans.
- Ability to use Microsoft Project and/or Primavera to write and manage project schedules.
- Good understanding of the technical work undertaken in the water, utilities, and/or environment sector.
