Kitchen Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Culinary Specialist to join our team at Global Partners LP.

At Global Partners, we partner with local farms and regional purveyors to create fresh seasonal menu offerings. Our mission is to provide exceptional foodservice and hospitality to our guests while giving back to our local communities.

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role involves working directly with our Chef and Sous Chef daily to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the kitchen. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients while managing orders coming in throughout the day
• Interacting with guests throughout the day, showcasing our passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
• Making adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
• Acting as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
• Operating various kitchen appliances such as blenders, ovens, flat top grills, or stand mixers
• Preparing sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
• Maintaining a clean and organized station even under busy conditions
• Estimating expected food consumption and organizing preparation, filling out prep lists daily
