Job Summary

Transwestern is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing complex activities, and delivering the Transwestern Experience to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Manage special projects, including planning and coordinating presentations, meetings, and events.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including budget analysis and portfolio rollups.
  • Assist with the completion of new hire paperwork and participate in Human Resources initiatives.
  • Compose and type correspondence, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Manage client and prospect databases, tracking and implementing national Transwestern initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of prior office experience, with 3+ years of experience supporting an executive-level professional.
  • Advanced MS 365 Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to keep information strictly confidential and handle multiple projects with changing priorities.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
