Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to doctors, including charting, patient education, and operatory setup and cleanup.
  • Manage patient flow, prioritizing tasks and updating doctors on patient status.
  • Welcome and greet patients, providing a personal introduction and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Take and process X-rays, and perform patient hand-offs as needed.
  • Enter and update patient treatment plans using our company's operational system.
  • Verify patient satisfaction and take action to address any concerns.
  • Escort patients to check-out and complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatory.
  • Monitor laboratory cases and ensure they are ready for the next day's schedule.
  • Maintain emergency kits, first aid supplies, and oxygen tanks, and follow maintenance schedules for equipment.
  • Follow OSHA regulations and MFSD safety requirements, including HIPAA guidelines and required certifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of job-related experience.
  • Ability to walk, talk, stand, and update information in computer systems.
  • Background check required.
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required.
