Clinical Care Navigator for Patient Progression

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a RN Case Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating interdisciplinary plans of care to achieve clinical, quality, and cost-effective outcomes.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher; advanced degree preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State; Multistate License endorsement also accepted
- Three years of recent clinical experience in specialty area required
