LPN- Homecare Specialist

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare in Tucson, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in the Marana area. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care/services to our patients in accordance with prescribed orders.

**Responsibilities:**

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

**Qualifications:**

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
