Join Our Team of Healthcare Professionals
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Clinical Transition Unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from observation medicine to post-procedural care. Our unit is known for its collaborative and supportive environment, where teamwork and effective communication are essential to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect total nursing care to patients in the Clinical Transition Unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
