Foster Care Specialist

At Youth Villages, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and families in need. As a Foster Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities- Provide intensive in-home based treatment to families, focusing on building trust and aligning them with treatment.
- Work with a caseload of 8-10 families, delivering services in their homes, schools, or other settings as needed.
- Document all interactions and progress online, using our web-based system.
- Meet with supervisors regularly to discuss progress and personal development.
- Participate in on-call rotations and be available to respond to emergencies.
- A Master's degree in a social services discipline is required.
- One year of experience counseling adolescents in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Basic computer knowledge and a valid driver's license are required.
