The Role

This position supports our Project Assistant in providing administrative backing, focusing on bookkeeping, accounting tasks, and document management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Project Assistant in compiling project-related documents, contracts, purchase orders, pay applications, and insurance paperwork.
  • Processing pay applications, tracking project expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and project-specific requirements for insurance documentation.

The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or equivalent experience, along with familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting support in a construction or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and strong organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work effectively.
