Job Summary:

APG Media of South Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Janesville office as a Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a talented team of Account Executives and drive our advertising sales strategy in the region. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, and a passion for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

• Account Management: Manage an exclusive portfolio of high-value clients with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn and teach relevant software programs.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive and results-oriented culture.
