Heavy Highway Construction Laborer

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Laborer to join our team at Silver Creek Construction, Inc. in Ponder, TX.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill a variety of tasks involving physical labor on roadway, highway, bridges, and heavy construction projects.
• Perform tasks such as leveling earth, spraying materials, operating machinery, mixing concrete, and assisting with traffic control activities.

**Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Heavy Highway Construction or similar industries is required.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge and practice of safe work practices.
• Team orientation.
• Clear background.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years old.

**Work Environment & Benefits:

• Overnight stays on out-of-town projects (lodging provided).
• Overtime work is required.
• Required to ride to and from the job site.
• May be exposed to extremes of hot and cold weather.
• Per diem on all projects with overnight stay.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on location, experience, and performance.
