Speech Therapist for Intermediate Grades

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their CCC to work with intermediate students (grades 4-6) in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students overcome speech and language challenges, providing services tailored to their individual needs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in grades 4-6.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the IEP team to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and communication with families.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Valid Indiana SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • School based experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
