Cybersecurity Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to join our team at Member One FCU. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced security professional to utilize their expertise in designing, engineering, and deploying robust security architectures that meet the organization's needs.

This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the secure design of computer systems, infrastructure, and network connections. The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge of security policies, best practices, and compliance regulations, as well as hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, data encryption, and other industry-standard security technologies.

• Design and implement security architectures to protect against emerging threats and vulnerabilities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration testing to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security integration into all aspects of the organization
• Provide technical guidance and support to incident response efforts

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity. CISSP certification is a plus. You should also have hands-on experience with virtualization, SAN, clustering, redundant and high availability systems, TCP/IP stack, and experience responding to information security incidents.
