Part-Time Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Columbia Basin

JR Enterprise, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-Time Family Medicine Physician to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare services to the students at Columbia Basin Job Corps.
About the Role:
As a Family Medicine Physician with JR Enterprise, LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care to a diverse population of young adults. Your expertise will be utilized to provide on-site medical support, including diagnosing and treating acute conditions, promoting health education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site medical services to students, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute illnesses
• Develop and implement individualized medical treatment plans, as needed
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants, if applicable, to ensure seamless care delivery
• Conduct initial medical examinations, record all medical documentation, and maintain accurate patient records
• Prescribe medications, as necessary, and discuss long-term medication management with patients
• Work closely with Substance Abuse Counselor and Center Mental Health Counselor to address complex patient needs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• An active, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Washington
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in family medicine, with a focus on preventive care and community health
• Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, while maintaining strong collaboration and teamwork skills
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
