Job Description

We are seeking an Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This position will provide support and leadership to build a strong operational risk management culture across the enterprise by facilitating the achievement of operational risk objectives and strategies throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in a risk management environment. A strong background in operations, IT, or report analysis is preferred, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask between multiple projects.

This role requires the ability to analyze and interpret Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to ensure a clear understanding and business line engagement with metrics. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with line-of-business partners on operational risk trends and provide operational risk perspective and expertise for proposed actions using learned standard operational risk methodologies and protocols.
