Job Overview

At BRP, we are seeking a Financial Performance Strategist to join our team. This role will play a key part in monitoring the performance of our dealer network and identifying areas for improvement.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 years of experience in credit or risk analysis managing a portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for reviewing reports and trackers, as well as pulling ad-hoc information to monitor dealership financial performance and operating trends. You will also develop strategies and establish action plans based on dealer financial health, inventory level, and seasonal/market fluctuations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to assess actual and future needs of credit lines and floorplan capacity.
  • Act as a point of contact for requests and questions related to dealer financial health.
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new dealers by evaluating credit line applications and assisting with floor plan setup.
  • Work directly with dealership personnel to address issues and provide insight.
  • Review reports and trackers to identify risks and coordinate mitigation efforts.
  • Develop strategies and establish action plans to support Field Sales team business development efforts.
  • Implement rigorous processes and controls to ensure compliance and provide proactive visibility for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in credit or risk analysis managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Commercial automotive or powersports industry experience with a basic knowledge of floorplan financing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PowerBI experience.
