The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting employee engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational and time-management skills, who can effectively manage various tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves several key responsibilities, including:

  • Bookkeeping: Managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing assistance to staff and clients as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting the management team.
  • Human Resources: Supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in office management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and QuickBooks (or similar software).
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for any off-site tasks or events.
