Job Description:

">

As an Autism Therapy Specialist, you will work directly with clients delivering high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will be responsible for:

">

• Delivering 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports

">

• Working closely with supervising BCBAs and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

">

• Supporting parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA

">

• Collecting data and documenting client records to monitor progress and enable the best possible treatment decisions

">

• Communicating regularly with parents, supervisors, and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plans

">

• Providing services to clients in home, school, or other locations as agreed and necessary

">

• Scheduling may include driving between clients

">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

To be successful in this role, you should have:

">

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred

">

• Spanish speaking highly preferred

">

• At least 1-2 years of experience working with children highly preferred

">

• At least 1 year of experience with ABA preferred

">

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred

">

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

">

• Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others

">

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

">

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

">

• Passion for helping others

">

• Must be able to pass a background check

">
