Spine Sales Professional

**Job Summary:**
- The successful candidate will represent Stryker as a leader in the medical device industry, selling, promoting, and marketing our products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Gain clinical competency in spinal anatomy, imaging modalities, and Stryker Spine products.
- Mastery of components, configuration, and usage of all Stryker Spine surgical sets.
- Prepare for and cover surgical cases to bring the highest degree of value to surgeons, patients, and facilities.
- Move consignment and loaner inventory between accounts based on surgical needs.
- Advise on product selection, answer customer questions about functionality, and distinguish Stryker products from competitors' offerings.
- Solve product problems for customers promptly.
- Respond to customer complaints in accordance with company policy and inform Regional Sales Manager of situations beyond authority.
- Keep Sales Representatives informed of territory happenings and progress regularly.
- Assist in product demonstrations and in-service trainings in operating rooms and office settings.
- Work with Sterile Processing Departments to ensure proper preparation and completion of surgical cases.
- Understand and adhere to hospital, operating room, and OSHA guidelines, including required trainings.
- Avoid breaking any Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) policies and FDA regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with strong multitasking ability, sales skills, and knowledge of current office technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments.
- Demonstrated aptitude to learn product key features & benefits.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability.
- Ability to lift and carry samples and surgical instruments kits up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to respond to customer emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
