Renewable Energy Project Director

The Erin Barr Consulting team is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Director to lead the successful execution of solar energy projects in southern Illinois. With a strong focus on project management and leadership, this role requires a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry.

• Project Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies and methodologies to ensure successful project execution.
• Team Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of multiple solar energy projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent project management and organizational abilities, and in-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies.
