Compensation

The expected rate for this role is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, with opportunities for overtime pay and component compensation based on cases, mileage, and stops. Additionally, you'll be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.

Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. As a driver, you'll play a critical role in delivering our products to customers on time and in good condition. This involves:

  • Delivering customer orders to meet scheduled delivery times and maintaining productivity.
  • Loading and unloading products from our trucks using hand trucks and placing items in customer storage areas.
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including tracking and verifying product quantities.
  • Performing repeated heavy lifting of up to 80 pounds and making frequent stops during a work shift.
  • Delivering products in inclement weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid CDL A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualification.
  • At least 6 months of commercial truck driving experience or 3 months of foodservice or food and beverage truck delivery experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
