Job Description

This role involves performing intraoperative neuromonitoring to record the function of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles using various techniques.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The primary responsibilities include performing tests to diagnose potentially life-threatening neurological disorders, reviewing planned procedures and orders, preparing and positioning equipment, providing findings and results, and working in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Education and Experience

A high school graduate or equivalent is required, with no experience necessary. A Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R. EEG T.) certification from ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing within 18 months of hire is also required.
