About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our New York office. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying new target accounts, running qualification and discovery calls, and booking meetings with mid-market and enterprise-level companies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Stay up-to-date on Ardoq product features and general EA trends.
  2. Identify new target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
  3. Independently run qualification and discovery calls.
  4. Use channels like LinkedIn, emails, social selling, and cold calls to book meetings with mid-market and enterprise-level companies.
  5. Track activities and maintain our CRM.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing, Account Executives, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 12+ months of professional experience as BDR/SDR building relationships with clients.
  • An interest in technology and communicating its complex ideas to a diverse audience.
  • Enthusiasm to work both in a team and independently.
  • A willingness to and experience guiding growth and developing new relationships.
  • Proficiency in English.
