Job Description

This Clinical Dietitian position at UPMC Somerset Hospital involves providing nutritional care for a variety of patients, performing quality improvement initiatives, educating healthcare team members, and having order writing privileges to practice at your full scope.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nutritional care for a variety of patients
  • Perform quality improvement initiatives
  • Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses
  • Have order writing privileges to practice at your full scope

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in PA
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills, be a self-starter, and a team player
  • The ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
