Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of recent techno-functional experience in HCM Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on technical and development expertise.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) HR plus Benefits modules, with a deep understanding of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher.
  • Hands-on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, including flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user-defined tables, value sets, and value sets.
  • Hands-on experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and Visual Builder and Page composer tools is required.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within the broader project team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Ability to manage multiple development software projects and priorities, with a focus on overall impact to the current and new security and application configuration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements in a fast-paced, continuously changing business environment.
