**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our primary care team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and supporting our physicians and staff members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide clinical care to patients in various locations as assigned, following established standards and procedures.
  2. Support physicians and other staff members in the delivery of patient care.
  3. Triage patient phone calls and document medical information accurately.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Completion from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
  • Minimum one year experience as LPN in a primary care office, hospital, or urgent care center.
  • Current Ohio Nursing license, certified to dispense drugs.
  • Basic computer skills and excellent customer interaction skills.
