Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for forging connections with customers, communicating our brand values, and providing an unforgettable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Forge lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
    • Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
    • Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and brand values
    • Provide honest and knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit
  • Business Operations
    • Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment
    • Assist in the completion of projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience
    • Communicate inventory needs to support business goals
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the sales floor is stocked and organized every evening
    • Collaborate with management in areas of inventory management
    • Ensure the retail store is cleaned and maintained on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
