Job Overview

Corda Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with transactions, and help our members achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with our members by providing personalized support, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle a variety of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account openings.
  • Product Awareness: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and identify opportunities to promote them to our members.
  • Accuracy and Efficiency: Maintain accurate records, track transactions, and work efficiently to meet the needs of our members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve daily goals, demonstrate respect and professionalism, and support the leadership team as needed.

Requirements
