Maintenance Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team at SP+. As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for performing facility maintenance duties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and equipment service.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with various tasks, including painting, repairing, and maintaining facilities.
• Operate equipment, such as automatic sweepers and scrubbers, to maintain facilities.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the Facility Manager.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
