Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Major Account Executive to join our SMB Sales team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and meeting sales quota objectives within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Partner with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Participate in training opportunities and attend sales meetings.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment.
  • 2 years of experience in solutions/applications selling.
  • 2 years of experience in telecommunications/technical sales.
  • High School Diploma/GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
