Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse in our memory care setting. This role requires a valid Texas LVN nursing license and offers a supportive environment, competitive compensation, and various benefits including tuition reimbursement and paid time off.

Responsibilities

The LVN Charge Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising and delegating tasks to nursing staff, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Current and valid Texas LVN nursing license
  • Experience in long-term care or memory care setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
