Job Description
We are seeking an experienced District Automotive Sales and Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training dealership personnel on our services and developing strong relationships with automotive dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Train dealership personnel on our services and develop sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Travel to automotive dealerships to build relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide ongoing dealer support and serve as a subject matter expert on our services.
- Visit dealerships regularly to drive key objectives and initiatives.
- Enroll dealers in our programs and track progress towards goals.
- Log daily activity and key contacts using proprietary software.
- Follow up with dealerships to ensure proper coverage and activity.
- Represent us at OEM-related vendor shows and events.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability and willingness to travel 4-5 days a week.
Pay and Benefits
- $62,360 per year.
- Car allowance of $350 per month.
- Cell phone allowance of $75 per month.
- Travel expense account reimbursement.
- Regular gasoline and office expenses reimbursed.
- Participation in healthcare benefits and 401K.
