Job Overview

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a skilled Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of quality services at a specific customer site. As a key member of our team, you will act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and security officers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and security officers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to security officers within approved empowerment ranges.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, site supervisors, and security officers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel and the general public.
  • Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
