Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, managing complex medical conditions and life-threatening situations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patients' vital signs to ensure optimal care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
Requirements
  • Active RN license and current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
