The compensation for this position is $95,000-$160,000 annually, plus commissions and performance bonuses based on individual performance.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting processes, with strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

The Recruitment Expert will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This includes sourcing potential candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating onsite interviews, managing the entire recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The successful candidate will also stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, with a focus on building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • SOURCE POTENTIAL CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING ONLINE JOB BOARDS, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND NETWORKING
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture
  • Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
