About the Role
At World Insurance Associates, we're committed to delivering top-notch insurance solutions and exceptional service to our clients. As a Senior Insurance Client Service Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless policy administration.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with insurance producers to meet client needs
• Assist Account Managers in efficiently managing high-volume workloads, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks
• Update policies in Epic and on carrier platforms (add/remove vehicles, mortgagee changes, coverage adjustments)
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing
• Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
• Coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information
• Foster client loyalty by building strong relationships and providing outstanding advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Minimum two years of Personal Lines account management or support experience required
• Property & Casualty License (required) or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment
• Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and effectively interact with team members
• Self-motivated and driven, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
