Job Summary

The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the human resources department are aligned with organizational goals. This includes overseeing recruitment and retention efforts, as well as maintaining compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain confidential personnel files.
  • Assist management in preparing employment and labor relations documents.
  • Support staffing activities, including check-in and check-out procedures for events.
  • Attend job fairs and career events to promote the company's brand.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
