Site Manager Job Description

Randstad USA is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Site Manager will be responsible for supporting high-volume staffing needs for top-tier clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and recruiting, with experience building relationships with clients and identifying qualified talent. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent, utilizing various recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Recruiting Plans: Execute recruiting plans to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent, working closely with hiring managers to meet client objectives.
  • Candidate Selection: Screen and select candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts, ensuring the best fit for each position.
  • Operational Standards: Comply with operational standards and employment laws, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting, with a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting or staffing.
  • Skills: Develop strong working relationships, multi-task, and prioritize workload effectively, communicating professionally at all client organization levels.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
