Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join their team in Macon, Georgia.
Job Summary

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to help individuals achieve optimal communication and swallowing abilities.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Communication Disorders, be licensed to practice in Georgia, and hold certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
Your primary duties as a Speech Language Pathologist will include:
- Evaluating patients' communication and swallowing skills through comprehensive assessments
- Developing personalized treatment plans to address identified needs and goals
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques and technologies
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
