We are seeking an experienced Automotive Master Mechanic to join our team at Subaru Of Bend, a premier Subaru dealership in Central Oregon.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems, including automotive electrical, fuel injection, engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, and exhaust systems. They will also provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including automotive electrical, fuel injection, engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, and exhaust systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the service process.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Fast learner, team player, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and perform routine vehicle inspections.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
