About the Role:

  • ">
  • We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience to perform diagnoses and repairs on various vehicle components with minimal supervision.">
  • The ideal candidate will have ASE certifications and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.">
  • You will be responsible for performing automotive maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately, following Wayside Garage's and factory standards.">
  • Collaborate with the Parts Professional to acquire required parts, inspect assigned vehicles, and communicate with the service advisor as needed.">
  • Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Possession of two to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.">
  • ASE certifications within the first year of employment, covered by the company.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.">
  • Proficiency in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.">
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.">
  • Capacity to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.">
