About the Job

Center for Pain & Supportive Care is seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient experiences, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient data and update demographic information
  • Verify patient insurance details and coordinate billing
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and check-in processes
  • Collect payments and handle patient accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
