Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bar Service Expert to join our team at California Underground.

Estimated Salary

$40,000 - $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Taking food and drink orders from patrons and preparing drinks according to company recipes.
  • Ensuring all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages are followed.
  • Collecting payment and operating the cash register.
  • Preparing and restocking inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the bar area, including duties associated with opening and closing the establishment.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in food service and hospitality, with bartending experience preferred.
  • Mixology or hospitality certification is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
