Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multilingual Insurance Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a successful State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in helping us grow our business through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with customers, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Needs-Based Review Process: Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the agent team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
