About the Role
The Residential Administrative Coordinator is a crucial position within CDS Life Transitions, Inc. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while developing administrative skills.
As an integral part of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining official program records, completing agency purchases, and reconciling expenditures on a monthly basis.
This position also involves attending meetings, taking detailed minutes, and utilizing electronic software systems for purchase orders and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative functions.
- Ensure timely completion of agency purchases and reconcile expenditures.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and provide administrative support as required.
- Utilize electronic software systems for tasks such as purchasing and record-keeping.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with staff, clients, and external parties.
- Assist in preparing and filing regulatory and billing documents with government agencies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and electronic software systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
