Enterprise Management Trainee Internship

As a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise, you'll embark on a transformative journey that combines real-world experience with cutting-edge skills development. This paid internship is designed to equip you with the expertise and confidence to excel in a dynamic business environment.
Throughout the 12-week program, you'll work alongside our experienced professionals, tackling challenges and projects that mimic those faced by our full-time Management Trainees. You'll have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, including fleet management, customer service, marketing strategy, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee Intern, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring efficient operations
- Building relationships with customers, coworkers, and stakeholders
- Participating in team-based projects and initiatives to drive business results
Qualifications
To be eligible for this internship, you must:
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
- Have a minimum of 3 months of collegiate leadership, military leadership, or customer service experience in a retail or hospitality industry
- Be able to work at least 35-40 hours per week throughout the 12-week summer internship program
- Have a current and valid driver's license
- Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
- Be living in New Castle County for the duration of the internship
