**Job Title:** Client Solutions Specialist

**Salary Range:** $28 - $32/hour

**Location:** Lima, OH

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Specialist to join our team at Orion Talent. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

**About the Role:

  • Provide ongoing care and support for our client's equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Install our products and solutions at client locations, ensuring seamless integration and maximum benefit.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges and problems, utilizing your expertise and creativity to find effective solutions.
  • Become a trusted advisor and partner for our clients, developing strong relationships built on trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Promote our service agreements and newer technology, extending our footprint in the market and driving business growth.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic and mechanical fields, with a strong background in customer support.
  • A good DMV record and a valid driver's license.
  • The ability to problem-solve using available resources and creative solutions to resolve client issues and know when to ask for help.
  • A proven track record of partnering with clients to assess their needs, manage their expectations, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively listen to clients, anticipate their needs, follow through, and work towards mutually agreeable solutions.
