Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and interventions to optimize patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical programs
  • Supervise and mentor students, volunteers, and staff to ensure safe and effective patient care
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice in the State of Texas in the applicable profession
  • Successful completion of training in an accredited program in the applicable profession
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • 3 or more years of experience in pediatric sports physical therapy
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
